CONFERENCE FEES

• Early registration: 100 Euro

• Late registration: 150 Euro

The registration fee will be paid in cash upon registration on site in Dushanbe.

Note: Online participation is free of charge

The conference fees include: 

• Access to the conference
• Conference material
• Coffee breaks
• Social events and field trip

The conference fees do not include: 

• Other meals and accommodation
• Travel expenses

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel the conference or to move it online if it considers that there will not be the conditions for conducting it safely. If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, conference fees will be fully refunded.
